What is Your New Home Budget

Monthly expenses and monthly income can help pin down the budget.
A lender will be able to determine the budget for your home loan.

The right mortgage consultant is critical. Some questions to ask them:
How many years has the lender been in the mortgage business?
What professional credentials do they have?
How are their current rates?

Consider your commute time?
What are the property taxes for the area?

Does the area shopping availability meet your needs?
