At Costa Custom Builders, LLC we focus on four major phases, the Design Phase, the Bid Phase, the Construction Phase, and the Close Out / Warranty Phase.
The goal of the Design Phase is to develop a precise set of construction documents. This process sets a common reference point for communications between all team members and ensures that the project meets the owner’s expectations and budget. A combination of our knowledge and experience, input from suppliers, and subcontractor feedback provides a foundation of information to the entire team that ensures the best designs possible.
The goal of the Bid Phase is to create the most precise estimate possible. Exhaustive review and screening of bidders from numerous sources is completed. Each bid is analyzed for accuracy in quantity, scope of work, timing, schedule and adequate manpower for completion. The result of all this is the best most qualified subcontractors in the industry that will provide a quality product at competitive costs in a timely manner.
The Construction Phase is where we get the project done on time and within budget. We use two methods to accomplish this. The Costa Custom Builders, LLC team is continuously and thoroughly communicating with owners, architects, engineers, civil officials, subcontractors, and material suppliers utilizing the latest in management systems and technology. We combine this with great people skills, attention to detail and common to comply with drawings, specifications, and permit requirements. We will closely manage and oversee your project to make sure the job is done right.
Close Out / Warranty Phase
The Close Out/Warranty Phase is the turnover of the project to the owner. We develop and complete punch lists, finalize project costs, organize manuals and perform proper building start-ups. We work with you closely and quickly respond to questions and concerns making certain you are satisfied.
